Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT. Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To cancel, please contact us by email or phone within the 14-day period. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

Returned goods must be in their original condition, unused and with all packaging intact. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
